The CADDY® MACROFIX PLUS LF 430 split ring hanger from ERICO® simplifies the installation of CPVC piping. This innovative split ring hanger installs in a fraction of the time required for traditional loop hangers and eliminates the need for surge restraints. The CADDY MACROFIX PLUS LF 430 is ideal for use with plastic and steel pipes.
The CADDY MACROFIX PLUS LF 430 features a low-friction EPDM rubber lining to help prevent sound from being transmitted from the pipe into the structure. The rubber is fixed inside the pipe clamp to keep it safely in place during thermal expansion and contraction of the pipe. The hanger also comes with plastic washers to help prevent crushing the CPVC pipe due to over-tightening during installation.
A patented quick-closing system enables fast and easy installation and an electro-zinc plated finish provides superior corrosion protection. The welded M10 - 3/8” cap nut offers easy attachment to threaded rod and helps ensure the same distance to the center of the pipe in pre-fab applications. A multi-function screw is also included with a hex, slot and cross head and retaining washer. The CADDY MACROFIX PLUS LF 430 is available in 1/2” to 5” sizes.
