ERICO® offers a revolutionary Balcony System that can effectively help eliminate the damaging effects of thermal bridging, such as cold spots, energy loss, condensation and mold growth.

A thermal bridge, also known as a cold bridge, is created when materials that are poor insulators come in contact and create a path that allows a dramatic thermal outflow or heat transfer.

The LENTON® THERMO Balcony System can also be used in cantilever beams (both concrete and structural steel) and slab-to-wall connections. These building interfaces create the perfect environment for significant energy loss or building damage.

The innovative design of the LENTON THERMO Balcony System offers a high load-carrying capacity while providing considerable energy savings. It has a low thermal conductivity, which helps to reduce or eliminate the negative effects caused by thermal bridging. The Balcony System is an ideal insulation solution that maintains full structural integrity and is extremely easy to install and transport.
