The CADDY® MACROFIX PLUS NI 429 split ring hanger from ERICO® simplifies the installation of CPVC pipe lines and steel pipe in fire protection applications. This innovative split ring hanger installs in a fraction of the time required for other loop hangers and eliminates the need for surge restraints. It is UL® Listed and FM® Approved for fire protection applications and is ideal for use with plastic, steel and copper pipes.
To prevent any sharp edges from coming into contact with the pipe as it undergoes thermal expansion, the CADDY MACROFIX PLUS NI 429 features a specially designed recessed welding area, flared edges and plastic washers. A patented quick-closing system enables quick and easy installation and an electro-zinc plated finish provides superior corrosion protection.
The CADDY MACROFIX PLUS NI 429 features a welded M10 cap nut for easy attachment to threaded rod and to ensure the same distance to the center of the pipe in pre-fab applications. A multi-function screw is also included with a hex, slot and cross head and retaining washer. To offer added convenience, the CADDY MACROFIX PLUS NI 429 is available in 1/2” to 5” sizes.
