Version 2.1.0 is now available by downloading the below online upgrade program. This upgrade adds a considerable number of new features including:

• Over 1000 cross references
• New Technical Note on Installation of Service Entrance SPDs.
• NF C 17-102 Risk Assessment Module added.
• Choice of North American voltages or Latin American voltages on installation.
• New products including: SLP1-RJ11, UTB-T, ECATV-145A, ECX06-BNCY, 600V 20kA CSPs, SES200-240D

To use the online upgrade we recommend that you right-click on the link and save the file to your hard disk using the "Save Target As" command. Once this program is downloaded, shut down this program and run the upgrade program.

The download is 4.3 MB in size. You will require this amount of hard disk space to download the upgrade, and a further 3Mb of space to complete the upgrade. Once you have completed the upgrade the downloaded file may be deleted.

Due to program changes made to better facilitate future upgrades, there is no direct upgrade from version 2.0.0 to 2.1.0. You must first either:

Uninstall your existing software and install Version 2.0.1 (North American or Latin American Version) from the nVent CRITEC Surge Selection Calculator CD ROM Version 2.0 (CD-ROM is marked Version 2.0 and can be requested from your local nVent ERICO Distributor). After completing this steps use the "Check online for updates" function to return to this screen where the "Online Upgrade V2.0.1 to V2.1.0" can be downloaded and run to upgrade to the next version.
